MONEY, BUT MAKE IT HUMAN

Money feels different when you finally understand what's really going on.

I’m Jessica Kleine, a money coach for women who are tired of feeling behind, overwhelmed, or secretly embarrassed about money, especially when they feel like they “should” have this figured out by now.

I help you look at the numbers, the patterns, and the stories you’ve been carrying around money, so you can understand what’s actually going on and start making decisions without shame, panic, or feeling like your bank app is out to get you.

IT'S NOT JUST NUMBERS

Money gets messy because life gets messy.

Most women don’t end up stressed about money because they’re lazy, careless, or “bad with numbers.”

They end up there because money is tangled up with real life, like income changes, divorce, debt, caregiving, business ups and downs, old family stories, impulse spending, avoidance, shame, fear, and the pressure to somehow keep it all together anyway.

So yes, we look at the numbers.

But we also look at what happens when you look at the numbers.

The dread. The spiral. The “I’ll deal with this later.” The guilt after spending. The overthinking before making a decision. The part of you that wants more life, but keeps feeling trapped by money.

That’s where the real work begins.

MY STORY

I don't have a finance degree. I have something better.

I'm a mom who had to figure out how to make money work in a one-income household - when the margin was thin, the pressure was real, and nobody was handing me a roadmap.

In 2017, my family paid off all of our household debt. It worked, but the method was rigid, the sacrifice was steep, and it quietly wrecked my relationship with money in ways I didn't notice until later.

Life happened since then. We've taken on debt again. And here's the thing - I'm not freaking out about it. That shift, from white-knuckling every dollar to actually trusting myself with money, is more valuable to me than any payoff moment ever was.

I learned a lot from that journey. Including what I'd never do to someone else.

When I shared what we'd done, a family member asked for help. I walked her through it, and she paid off close to $20k in student loans within a couple of years. I didn't have a title for what I was doing. I was just helping.

That's when I discovered money coaching was an actual thing - and realized I'd already been doing it.

Since then, I've spent 6+ years helping women do the same: understand their money, untangle the patterns underneath it, and build something that fits their real life instead of someone else's rigid rules.

MONEY | MINDSET | MAGIC

A money approach for real women with real lives.

Most money advice starts with the numbers and acts like everything else is a discipline problem.

Or, it leads with "everything is mindset" and ignores the numbers completely.

I'm a fan of both/and.

Yes, we look at your actual money. What’s coming in, what’s going out, what needs attention, and what would help you feel more stable.

But we also look at the thoughts, beliefs, habits, patterns, and emotional reactions that shape what you do with money in the first place.

Because if a budget technically “works,” but your brain hates it, your nervous system doesn’t trust it, and your real life keeps blowing it up by Thursday… it’s not actually working.

Money

THE PRACTICAL PICTURE

We look at the real numbers and systems and what needs to change so your money is easier to understand and use.

Mindset

THE STORIES UNDERNEATH

We look at the beliefs, old rules, and “I should be better at this by now” thoughts that keep you stuck in the same patterns.

Magic

THE HUMAN LAYER

We look at your energy, emotions, cycles, intuition, and nervous system because you are not a robot, and your money plan really needs to stop pretending you are.

When all three are working together, money stops being a test you keep failing and starts becoming something you can understand, play with, and trust yourself around.

WHY I DO THIS

I'm not here for pretty spreadsheets. I'm here for what changes when money finally makes sense.

Don’t get me wrong - I love a pretty spreadsheets. There is a very specific kind of calm that comes from knowing what’s coming in, what’s going out, and what needs attention.

But the point isn’t the spreadsheet, no matter how good it looks.

The point is helping you stop feeling scared, ashamed, or completely spun out every time money enters the conversation.

I do this work because I want more money in the hands of more women. That changes families, businesses, communities, and ultimately the world.

And I do it because too many women are waiting for “someday” to actually live their lives.

Someday when the debt is gone.
Someday when the business feels steadier.
Someday when they finally feel responsible enough to want what they want.

Nope. We’re not doing that anymore.

Money is a skill, not a born talent you either have or don't.

I’m good with numbers, but I’m even better at seeing patterns - in your money, your decisions, your habits, and the stories you keep bumping into. I help make money feel less like a failure and more like a puzzle we can actually solve, so you can stop treating it like a character flaw and start working with it in a way that actually makes sense.

ANCHOR + AIM

Money works better when you strop trying to force it.

Archery has taught me a lot about money, which sounds weird until you think about it for more than seven seconds.

You can’t force a good shot.

You can grip tighter, overthink every tiny movement, and try to control the outcome with sheer willpower - but that usually just throws everything off.

What actually helps is learning how to steady yourself, see what’s really happening, make tiny adjustments, relax and release the shot.

Money is similar.

A good money plan isn’t about gripping tighter, following someone else’s rules perfectly, or shaming yourself into better behavior.

It’s about learning what supports you. What steadies you. What helps you see clearly, make a cleaner decision, and adjust when real life does what real life does.

Because real life will absolutely do what real life does.

You don’t need more pressure. You need a steadier aim.

START HERE

Before we fix the money,

we figure out what's actually happening.

When money feels out of control, it’s tempting to grab the next thing that promises relief.

A new budget. A stricter rule. A different app. A late-night “how do I fix my life by Friday” search spiral.

But more tools won’t help if we’re solving the wrong problem.

That’s why I start with Inner Compass.

It’s a paid clarity session where we look at your money, your patterns, your stuck places, and the stories looping in the background, and then turn all of that into a clearer next step.

For some clients, Inner Compass is enough.

For others, it becomes the map for deeper support through one of my coaching containers.

Either way, we start with clarity. Not panic. Not pressure. Not guessing.

Inside Inner Compass
  • A short, pre-session questionnaire

  • A 90 minute 1:1 session

  • Pattern-spotting around your money, mindset, habits, and stories

  • A written recap with next steps

WHY THIS WORKS

I can read the numbers. I can also read between the lines.

Some people are good at spreadsheets. Some people are good at noticing patterns in the numbers, the habits, the energy, the stories, and the stuff hiding in plain sight.

Annoyingly, I appear to be both. And I’m really good at translating all of it into something clear, practical, and actually useful.

I can look at money and see the practical pieces: what’s coming in, what’s going out, where things are leaking, what needs a system, and what decisions need to be made.

But I’m also paying attention to what happens around the numbers.

The avoidance. The overthinking. The way your voice changes when we get close to something touchy. The old rules you’re still following without realizing it. The patterns that keep repeating, even when you swear you’re going to do it differently this time.

That combination matters.

Because you don’t just need someone to tell you what the numbers say. You need someone who can help you see the whole picture, understand why it’s been so hard to work with, and find a way forward that actually supports you.

Practical enough to be useful.

Human enough to actually help.

Because you don’t need more shame dressed up as advice. You need support that actually helps.

READY WHEN YOU ARE

You don't have to figure this out alone.

If money has felt tangled, heavy, or harder than it “should” be, Inner Compass is where we start.

We’ll look at what’s actually happening in the numbers, the patterns, and the stories so you can stop guessing and leave with a clearer sense of what needs attention next.

For some women, that clarity is enough.

For others, it becomes the map for deeper support.

Either way, you’ll have a place to begin.
